FREE SUNSET BEACH YOGA
March 24th, 2024, 6:30pm

Join us on the Naples Pier Beach near the pier (usually to the right or left)  for a FREE flow to give back to our community. This flow will start by firing up the internal energy and heat, flowing through Sun A and Sun B, eventually ending in some nourishing yin postures. Enjoy the sunset at the end of class!
